enabled steam compat, should work with Steam now :) (was the same build but compiled differently, so with different hook points)

optimization pass and logging cleanup, performance should be decently higher, vehicle tick delay fix (mouse should feel more responsive in the ship); removed some config variables in the ini (rc1,2,3 variables) since the underlying recovery system has been removed since it's not needed anymore

removed uninstall script which tripped some quarantine checks for some mod sites
